Videography

With a twist of fun at times, it is about getting your message out there and being different and noticed and hopefully the resulting action is for businesses to get in contact, because that’s what it’s about.

At Fox, we have a variety of experts to hand who have the specialist skills your company/sector may require.

Video is now ranked and favoured in social media and is considered the future of communication as people have less and less time to read and more of their lives are lived through the use of mobile devices…it is so much easier to watch a video than read a page of text, whilst drinking your coffee or on the tube/train.

A picture is worth a thousand words” is an English language idiom. It refers to the notion that a complex idea can be conveyed with just a single picture, this picture conveys its meaning or essence more effectively than a description does.

Essence of Company

A Little History

A little history – Videography refers to the process of capturing moving images on electronic media (e.g., videotape, direct to disk recording, or solid state storage) and even streaming media.

The term includes methods of video production and post-production. It could be considered the video equivalent of cinematography (moving images recorded on film stock).

The advent of digital video recording in the late 20th century blurred the distinction between videography and cinematography, as in both methods the intermittent mechanism became the same.

Nowadays, any video work outside commercial motion picture production could be called videography.
