I was train in operations int eh 80’s in 4 and 5 star hotels, my largest position had 7 departmental mangers and 150 staff reporting to me, so managing marketing and sometimes a bit of project management is not daunting at all. 

One client once said to their team, ‘If Kate asks you to do something, please just do it, as I don’t know how she does it, but everything just gets done and within plenty of time for deadlines.’
